Buildings sold in New Port Richey for new functionality

Commercial Asset Partners Realty, a local commercial real estate firm, recently sold two buildings in New Port Richey.

One building is on Little Road and spans 9.27 acres. The building itself covers 45,594 square feet and was once the home of an outpatient clinic run by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs for 20 years.

An affiliate of BoldAge PACE purchased the building and will run a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly facility which is authorized by the state. BoldAge plans to renovate the building, which will serve 400 to 500 program participants and bring 150 new jobs to the market. Such jobs may require business card printing services.

The location will have a primary medical center that will offer occupational, physical, and other rehabilitative therapies and community outreach programs. It will also have an adult day center and will manage operations for the transportation unit and home health team of PACE.

The executive vice president and chief medical officer will be based out of the building in New Port Richey. The facility is expected to open in early 2025.

The other property is on Meadowlane Street and is an office building that spans 30,731 square feet. Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning purchased the building and will use it to consolidate its locations in New Port Richey, Port Richey, and Hudson in one building.
