Headlining the event will be singer-songwriter El DeBarge, who will be performing songs such as “All This Love” and “Rhythm of the Night”. DeBarge is now performing in his sixth decade, first emerging as the leader of the DeBarge family band.
Also performing will be the Grammy-nominated singer Eric Benet, a multi-decade veteran known for his chart-topping 1999 hit “Spend My Life with You.” Rounding out the bill will be three-piece rhythm and blues group After 7, consisting of Kevon Edmonds, Keith Mitchell, and Danny McClain, who achieved major success in the 1990s and recently returned with a new album called Unfinished Business.
The event as a whole promises to:
“…bring you to an ultimate soulful state of mind. Enjoy the music, food, vendors and our community as we touch your Soul!!!”
There will also be food and other vendors at the event, creating a festival atmosphere. Concerts and festivals such as these provide a great opportunity for vendors to reach a new market, often using colorful sign and poster printing to attract attention. The concert will be a one-night-only outdoor event produced by Maedice Entertainment, and is one of many music events held in Miramar that reflect South Florida’s diverse culture.
The Paradise Soul Festival is scheduled to take place on February 18 at the Miramar Regional Park Ampitheater.
