The Miramar Cultural Center will host a concert in May that will feature several notable reggae performers.
A Journey to Kingston is a program where people can enjoy a reggae and dancehall experience led by three talented singers. The headliners for the event will be Spragga Benz, Wayne Wonder, and Agent Sasco. The show is a winner of the SunSentinel South Florida Favorites award and brings the raw Kingston spirit to the stage. The concert will be hosted by the city commissioner, Maxwell Chambers.
Spragga Benz is a singer and actor from Jamaica who has released tracks such as Jack It Up and Could a Deal. He is also the leader of Redsquare Rebelnation. Wayne Wonder, also known as Von Wayne Charles, is a singer who has worked with notable artists like LL Cool J, Wyclef Jean, and Shaggy. The last headliner, Agent Sasco, is the co-founder of Boardhouse Records and a dancehall reggae artist. Agent Sasco has released more than 300 singles and two full albums.
The reggae concert will take place this Saturday, May 30, from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Tickets to the live show will range from $80 to $150 per person. The ticket cost will depend on where people sit at the Miramar Cultural Center. Organizations that hold dancehall experiences like this can use printing services to make promotional materials for their upcoming events.
