Limited tickets available for the second annual City of Miramar Mother’s Day celebration.
The first 100 registered guests will have the opportunity to show their mom some love at the Miramar ‘Special Day with Mom’ event. The festivities are open only to residents of the city and proof of residency is required. The event will include a light brunch and the opportunity to create some art while enjoying the scenery of Emerald Lake and the botanical garden at the Miramar Cultural Center ArtsPark.
ArtsPark is operated by the Cultural Arts Advisory Board and the Miramar Cultural Trust. The Cultural Center was created as a place where creativity and diversity could be celebrated. The Mother’s Day event is sponsored by Memorial Hospital of Miramar.
Anyone that would like to help support the programs at ArtsPark can visit the website for donation information. Sponsors can donate to the center or to an event directly. Memberships to the organization make great employee and Corporate Gifts, and include special Invitations, discounts, and other perks for the members.
The Special Day with Mom celebration is May 5 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Miramar Cultural Center located at 2400 Civic Center Place in Miramar. The registration fee is $10 per ticket and preregistration is required. Attendees should bring a utility bill or driver’s license for proof of residency. Tickets are available via Eventbrite.
