Residents of Miramar will have the opportunity to test their endurance this November as the town hosts its annual Fit Dash Challenge.
The event features a course approximately two miles in length, where fitness enthusiasts and supporters can experience a challenge at full speed. Participants can expect to be met with various obstacles as they race to the finish line. These include objects that need to be pushed, pulled, or dragged along as competitors run. The competition is divided into three categories, catering to various levels of experience in fitness.
The event happens as a part of a nationwide event that features vendors, celebrities, and numerous fitness competitions. Top performers in this event will also receive various prizes.
The cost for registration varies. Pre-registration, which ends on October 31, will attract a fee of $55. Completing the process on the day of will be $65. To sign up for the event, patrons should complete the form on the website. Registration includes a race packet, complimentary T-shirt, and wristband granting access to the event all day. Packet pickup takes place on the day before race day.
