At least 40 breweries from all across the state of Florida are expected to be in attendance at the Wynwood Beer Festival, offering unlimited tastings of more than 150 beer samples.
All will be bringing what they believe are their best craft brews for guests to sample, enjoy, and purchase. The event will also include games, food, and live entertainment. A portion of the proceeds will be given to Knowledge of Careers, a local charitable organization that helps public high school students prepare for promising careers.
Award-winning food trucks will be on hand, and no outside food or drinks are permitted. The event will take place regardless of the weather. No admission is allowed for anyone under the age of 21 and photo IDs must be shown in order to gain admittance.
This is an opportunity for anyone interested in breaking into this career field, and offers a laid-back affair for networking, so business professionals often take Brochures and do a little business card printing before days like this.
The event will take place this Saturday, August 26, from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the Mana Wynwood Convention Center at 318 NW 23rd St. in Miami. The admission is $50 for general admission, $60 for a commemorative gift and early admittance, and $95 for the full VIP treatment. A $10 discount is given for anyone that pre-buys a ticket before the day of the event.
