Miramar area gets taste of new Korean restaurant

Florida’s dynamism is due in part to the many cultural contributions from many countries. A new Korean restaurant opened this summer to expand that influence in the Miramar area.

KPOT, a Korean BBQ and hot pot eatery, celebrated grand openings recently in two new Florida locations in July, including one in Pembroke Pines. The company is known for serving Korean BBQ favorites such as bulgogi beef, spicy chicken, and garlic shrimp. Hot pot broths are another favorite category, and include Japanese miso, Szechuan spicy broth, Korean seafood tofu, and Thai tom yum. The built-in tabletop grills and individual pot burners further offer patrons a unique dining experience, as diners can grill meats and simmer broth right at their own tables. The location also offers a full-service bar serving wine, beer, and cocktails. Banner printing and other Graphic Design Services help spread the word of restaurant openings.

Victor Chow, Vice President of Operations at KPOT, had this to say about the company’s presence in the area:

“We’re incredibly excited to bring KPOT to Coral Springs and Pembroke Pines. KPOT is more than just a meal—it’s a celebration of culture, flavor, and connection.”

The company plans to open several more locations in Florida in 2025.

The KPOT restaurant is located at 15995 Pine Boulevard in Pembroke Pines. It is open Sunday through Thursday from 12:00 PM-10:30 PM and 12:00 PM-10:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
