A local animal hospital is including four-legged family members in its special Christmas event.
Cookies with Santa is not only a chance for the little ones to get in their last-minute toy orders with the man in red, it is also a time for cats and dogs to have some personal one-on-one experience with Saint Nick. The Pet Express Animal Hospital wants all family members to feel included this holiday season and is requesting that everyone bring their furry friends along to their special event.
For Pet Express, the event marks a fun way to thank its customers and have the opportunity to share the holiday season with everyone, but pet-related events tend to be especially popular at this time of year, when families (including pets) spend more time than usual together.
The event will include raffles, gift bundles, and refreshments. Pets and people can have their photo taken with Santa and will receive a free DIY craft project for a handmade ornament. The event is free, everyone is welcome including patients and non-patients and the staff requests that all guests bring a picture of their pet with them.
Pet Express Animal Hospital is located at 4200 South University Drive in Davie. The event is going to take place today, December 16, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
