Florida is known for its pet-friendly environment and Miramar is living up to this reputation. The city is planning their first Puppy Palooza celebration later this month.
This event is open to all dog owners in the area and event planners are hoping for a large turnout. If successful, the event could become an annual gathering that is certain to be a fun and exciting event for pets and their owners.
The event will include the opportunity for pets and owners to have their portraits taken together, there will be vendors on site offering a variety of pet-related products, and a dog fashion show is also on the schedule. Popular dog characters will be walking around meeting the crowd and an obedience course will make it possible for every pet to get their exercise, and for owners to show off their dog's skills.
Dogs will no doubt enjoy having the chance to meet more of their four-legged neighbors. Even people without dogs are invited to join the festivities and maybe even have a new friend to go home with thanks to the pet adoption event also taking place.
