Jamaican artist Aidonia will be performing in Miramar this September. The event is being hosted by RT Weekend Touring Agency LLC.
Aidonia is an artist known for his hardcore and innovative style. Born Sheldon Lawrence in 1981, he grew up in a tight-knit family instilling values while street knowledge came from friends. Attending Mona Heights Primary and Meadowbrook High School, he developed a passion for music after watching a Beenie Man and Bounty Killer clash in 1993.
Aidonia reenacted the clash in school soon after seeing it, impressing peers and sparking his journey. Forming J.A.G 1 crew (later J.O.P.) with friends, he gained attention performing at school events.
Meeting Mr. G led to his debut single "Many a Dem" in 2003. He honed skills through Battle Thursdays and embraced the business side of music, thanks to Rod Pinnock. Aidonia now hopes to work with other popular dancehall artists such as Baby Cham and Vybz Kartel.
The cost of attending the event will be between $25 and $1,250. Tickets can be bought through the Bandsintown.com listing. Poster printing can be a great way to advertise events such as this one.
The performance will take place on Sunday, September 17, starting at 4:00 pm and ending at 10:00 pm. It will be located at 5001 Flamingo Rd, Miramar.
