A wine club pairing dinner and party are being organized near Miramar, and area residents looking for a fun night with friends will want to save the date.
The La Buena Vida dinner party, organized by Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants, will begin welcoming guests and diners who want to enjoy a curated culinary experience with like-minded individuals. The menu will feature Latin American-inspired options, and the gathering will only be open to wine club members.
The menu options will be paired with different wine options to tie the meal together and help guests discover new favorites. The night will start with a tequila and lime-based cocktail to break the ice and sweet rolls served with themed hors d’oeuvres as finger foods. The main course will feature ahi tuna dressed in olive oil and paired with Las Americanas, the host venue’s exclusive wine for May. Printing services are an excellent way to give attendees a complete picture of the options when dining at such events.
The second course will feature a broiled pork ribeye with garlic broccolini and an Andes-style potato salad dish. Dessert will be an Argentine dark chocolate cake. Interested parties must be 21 and over to make reservations.
The Cooper’s Hawk Winery in neighboring Pembroke Pines will host the dinner experience on Tuesday, May 20, starting at 7:00 PM. Tickets are available online for $79 per dinner guest.
