World Rhino Day is taking place at the Central Florida Zoo at the end of next month. The day is celebrated around the world, usually on September 22.
Guests will have the chance to get up close to the zoo's two great one-horned rhinos, Jahi and PJ, with the Rhino Encounter. There will also be games and craft-making activities for the children. This event is free with zoo admission, although some activities may come with an extra charge.
Those who attend this celebration can also come back later for the Night Hike at the Zoo. It is open to those aged five and up and features a guided flashlight tour through the zoo.
Either of these events is likely to attract people from all over the area, including Longwood. Local printing companies are often asked to provide marketing materials such as Posters and Flyers to advertise.
