The Bella Ballerina studio in Longwood will be offering several themed summer camps for children.
The Summer Dance Camps offered by Bella Ballerina are five-day experiences where kids can enjoy fun activities while learning how to put on a show. Each camp will include daily dance classes, movies, mini manicures, and crafts projects. A few of the programs also feature visits from characters such as Strawberry Shortcake and Rapunzel. The activities are intended for children ages 3-9, and all kids must be potty trained before attending the dance camps.
Bella Ballerina is an organization that teaches children how to dance in lessons influenced by storybooks and fairy tales. The courses are split into different age groups, including the Bella Bunnies, Bella Butterflies, and Bella Boppers. The company also sells dance materials such as leotards and specialty shoes. The teachers at the studio have all earned degrees in dance and belong to professional dance organizations.
The summer camps will be offered from June 5 to July 31, and each session will last from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. There are several programs available, including the Everyone is Magic Camp, Cupcake Cuties Camp, and Rainbow Unicorn Camp. Each program will cost $225 to join.
