Longwood to host beer festival

Beer fans can visit Reiter Park in Longwood this September to experience the 4th Annual Florida Smash Beer Festival.

The Florida Smash Beer Festival is an event where multiple breweries compete to create a beer from the same malt and hop. The limitation placed on the participating breweries will force the businesses to rely on their creativity and brewing techniques. Attendees at the festival will be given three voting tokens to use on their favorite beers. Whichever brewery gets the most votes during the event will be given a unique prize.

The festival is also a fundraiser that supports The Sharing Center, which is an organization that focuses on assisting families and individuals in crisis. The charity aims to prevent homelessness and poverty for those living throughout Seminole County. Companies that host fundraisers like this can use flyer printing to raise awareness about issues impacting the community while promoting their event.

The 4th Annual Florida Smash Beer Festival will be held on September 7th from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance at a discounted rate of $35, while those buying tickets at the door will pay $40. People can also buy VIP access for $60, which will include early admission and exclusive access to the Progressive Distribution tent. Special glasses will be given to the first 400 people to enter the event.
