The Employees Association Forum in Longwood will be holding a presentation this July discussing how to help train people into functional team members.
Those looking to understand how to build their perfect teams can attend an informational discussion at the Employees Association Forum Training Facility. The course will go over topics like how a single person can completely alter a team’s dynamic, why it can be difficult to get along with others, and the differences between people. The lesson will cover key virtues from Patrick Lencioni’s book The Ideal Team Player.
The Employees Association Forum is a non-profit organization that serves the business and HR communities by providing programs that help firms reach their goals. The group was created by Marvin Ault, a former labor relations manager for the company Proctor & Gamble. Currently, there are members located in 24 states in the United States. Non-profits that offer programs to people can use printing services to draw attention to their future events with memorable advertising.
The team building discussion will be held by the Employees Association Forum on Thursday, July 23rd from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Members who belong to the Employees Association Forum can pay $99 to attend the presentation, while non-members can purchase tickets to the discussion for $149. Those who want to become members can buy membership packages that start at $450 per year.
