The Employers Association Forum (EAF) will be organizing a program in March at the EAF Training Facility in Longwood.
Supervisory Foundations® is a training program that teaches supervisors about the skills needed for leading their teams to excellent performance. The course will use group and individual exercises, interactive discussions, and feedback to train attendees into successful supervisors. Guests will learn about topics like interpersonal communication skills, performance coaching, and the differences between management and leadership.
The EAF serves almost 2,000 business professionals in 24 states and covers nearly 300,000 employees. The group is a nonprofit corporate member-based association that offers services like consulting, leadership development, and training. The cost to join the EAF ranges from $650 to $3,150 per year for businesses and $450 to $1,575 for nonprofits. Associations such as this can market themselves to other professionals with ads made by using printing services.
The EAF’s training program will be held on Thursday, March 10th and Thursday, March 17th from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Members of the EAF must pay $359 to join, and non-members will pay $459. The leader of the program will be Charles Walsh. Those who wish to cancel must give a 48-hour notice. Substitutions are allowed for the training session.
