Dog owners can bring their pets to Arbor Park Dog Park this March to participate in Longwood’s annual Barkfest.
Barkfest is an event that brings together animal lovers by providing the community with many fun activities for canines. The festival is co-hosted by the Arbor Park Dog Park and Longwood Leisure Services. There will be multiple animal-themed demonstrations held throughout the day for those of all ages. Attendees can also participate in raffles and enter their beloved pooches in the festival’s Cutest Dog Picture Contest.
Numerous local vendors will be setting up booths during Barkfest. Guests can purchase meals and beverages at the park, including alcoholic drinks like wine and beer. People can go to the festival to receive a free pet portrait created by Walgreens. Sponsorship opportunities for organizations interested in the event will start at $35. Companies with stalls at family-friendly events such as this can create customized Promotional Products to give out as gifts.
Barkfest will be held on Friday, March 13 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. There is no admission price for the festival, and all are welcome to bring their dogs to the event. Those interested in attending do not need to register for Barkfest in advance.
