Longwood business to host crafting activity

The SereniTea Apothecary in Longwood will be inviting a local creator to hold a holiday-themed creative event in December.

The Make and Take Holiday Door Sign Event is an activity where people can get creative with the help of the business Kayla’s Sad Art. Kayla Coyle will be leading the course and will be available during the program to answer design questions. Her store on Etsy sells items related to mental health and music, such as tote Bags, buttons, physical prints, and stickers. Entrepreneurs like Coyle can use business card printing to form connections with interested clients.

The SereniTea Apothecary is a store selling various goods created by local artisans. The company had its grand opening on October 30. A few of the vendors who are featured at the shop include the Lilly Rose VC Bakery, Brott’s Beard Care, and Blue Glass Candle Co. All products sold at the marketplace are ethically sourced and cruelty-free. The owner of SereniTea Apothecary wanted to bring the finest health and wellness makers together while promoting small businesses.

The holiday crafting activity will take place on Saturday, December 11 from noon to 2:00 pm. The price to attend Coyle’s course will be $35, which will include the materials needed to make the Signs. Those interested in checking out Coyle’s available products can see her collection on Etsy.
