The College Park Neighborhood Association (CPNA) has been hosting outdoor concerts and other performances for some time, and these are set to return for another season.
This year, they will follow a new format, and the organizers are hoping this Longwood area event will continue to bring the community together.
The ‘Saturday in the Park with Music and the Arts’ will include both daytime and evening components, and everyone is welcome. The daytime offerings will be family friendly, while the evening will feature a beer garden, food trucks, and other fun.
During the day, the attendees can take in a performance and head to the ‘Classic Carnival’ . Here, they will find a dunk tank, rock climbing wall and bounce castle, and artwork will be on display. These works of art will be created by area schoolchildren, and will be on sale, with the proceeds to be donated to the school itself.
The evening will also offer a variety of activities. It will feature a ‘silent disco’ as well as a beer garden, food, and a movie. Flyers can be a cost effective marketing choice for an event like this, and a local flyer printing company can provide them.
