Longwood business people interested in finding new ways to help their company grow are invited to make plans to attend a workshop planned with them in mind.
This day-long workshop will teach those who participate skills they can use to create an action plan for their business. The facilitator will discuss strategies successful enterprises use in their everyday activities, and share ideas that the attendees can utilize themselves. Presentation Folders for each of the attendees in this type of workshop can be prepared by a local printer.
According to the organizers, each person who takes part in the event will be developing their own plan for their company that will include actionable items to help them increase both sales and profits. They will also learn how to set reasonable goals and targets, and build their enthusiasm for achieving them. Time will also be built into the schedule for the participants to socialize and network while they share best practices and other helpful hints. They will spend time with a business coach and leave energized and ready to put their plan into action.
