The Dream Gala is set to take place this February in Lake Mary.
A fundraising event for the Foundation for Seminole State College, last year's gala earned $324,000 and organizers hope to surpass that in 2015.
The event is also celebrating the 50th anniversary of the college. Guests will enjoy a formal dinner, musical entertainment provide by a band, and live and silent auctions. A car raffle will be held too, with tickets priced at $50 each or $200 for five.
Sponsorships are also available for this event ranging in price from $3,000 up to $10,000. Those who lend their support will be recognized on Signs posted at the event, as well as all promotional materials and through advertisements in the program guide.
Funds raised from this event go towards student scholarships, faculty programs, and other services provided to the community by Seminole State College.
Organizers will likely get the signage used at the gala from their favorite local printing company, as well as the event program and any other promotional materials. Guests are likely to come from all over Seminole County including Longwood.
