The 18th annual Arts Alive in Seminole event is taking place next week. Proceeds go to support the Foundation for Seminole County Public School and its quest to fund arts programming in the schools.
The evening program will be hosted by Bob Frier of FOX 35. Those who attend will enjoy a cocktail reception, silent auction, dinner, and a live auction. In addition, there are set to be 15 performances from area students in music, dance, and theater, giving those in attendance a taste of what children who are studying the arts are learning.
Since its inception in 1996, this event has raised over $1.2m for Seminole County public schools. In addition to being a fundraising event, it will also be a chance for local business and community leaders to network and create new partnerships dedicated to the arts.
Approximately 300 guests are expected to attend from all over Seminole County, most likely including nearby Longwood. To advertise events such as this, organizers often invest in flyer printing services. Flyers are inexpensive to produce and can be distribute in many different ways to drum up awareness and interest.
