South Beach makes wining and dining plans

The South Beach Wine and Food Festival, with a 13-year history, will bring its thrills and spills to the Fort Lauderdale region next February. Many activities are scheduled throughout the city for the festival.

A Food Network guest and contributor for ‘Unique Eats’ via the Cooking Channel, Amanda Freitag, will co-host a dinner at the Hilton Beach Resort. Co-hosting with her will be chef Peter Boulukus with Restaurant People and Chris Miracolo, executive chef at the Hilton Beach Resort.

The Grand Tasting Village will be divided throughout Fort Lauderdale, Coral Gables, Wynwood-Midtown, and Miami Beach. Eight neighborhoods will participate. American Social and Bring Organics Back has been invited to attend.

Other events include MasterCard Priceless Miami Preview Ronzoni Pasta’s 100th Anniversary: Seaside Spaghetti Soire. The event is sponsored by MIAMI magazine and will be hosted by Debi Mazar and Gabriele Corcos.
Poster printing is a common request for local Print companies for events of this nature. The Posters can be placed throughout the region to market the event.

Some other events include Paella by the Pool, presented by Despana, while Culinary Odyssey: An Israeli Dinner will be hosted by Michael Solomonov.

All of the activities above will take place on February 19, 2015. More activities are scheduled throughout the weekend. Visit the South Beach Wine and Food Festival for more information.
