The Historic Stranahan House Museum in Fort Lauderdale will host a community festival in September.
The Founding Families Fall Festival is a seasonal experience where families are invited to learn more about local history while enjoying kid-friendly activities at the Stranahan House. The event celebrates the founders of Fort Lauderdale and will include activities like free water taxi rides, games that all ages can play, and live music entertainment. Guests can also get food from food trucks at the museum. Alcohol will be available to purchase on the festival grounds.
Companies can support the Stranahan House Museum and raise their visibility at the fall fest by sponsoring the event. The tiers for sponsors start at $500 and go up to $5,000. There are many perks for supporting the festival, such as logo representation on all signage at the fest, complimentary tickets to the museum, and inclusion in email marketing campaigns. Organizations that pay at least $2,500 will have their logos displayed on a banner outside the museum.
The fall festival will be on Friday, September 25th from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The opening ceremony for the fest will start at 6:15 pm. Admission to the event will cost $5 per person, though kids may enter for free. All adult ticket purchases will come with a free drink. Historic museums that hold similar community events to this may use flyer printing to spread information about their festivals.
