Music festival to return to Fort Lauderdale

The Tortuga Music Festival will be coming back to Fort Lauderdale in April for three days.

The Tortuga Music Festival is an event where attendees can enjoy live performances from numerous famous singers while supporting a good cause. This year will feature concerts by country stars like Kenny Chesney, Clay Walker, and Preston Cooper. There will also be shows from popular groups such as The Fray and Something Out West. The venue will have three stages for performances, including the Next From Nashville Stage and Sunset Stage.

A portion of the funds raised during the music festival will go toward the Rock The Ocean Foundation. The organization was created in 2013 to help save the world’s oceans. There are many conservation issues that the foundation is focused on, such as protecting marine habitats, sharks, and sea turtles. The research by Rock The Ocean has been conducted across the world in places like the Bahamas, South Africa, and Asia.

The music festival will take place from April 10th to April 12th and will be held at Fort Lauderdale Beach Park. A three-day pass for the festival can be bought for $365, and VIP tickets will be $1,709. There is no age limit to enter the concert.
