Sammy Obeid will take the stage in Fort Lauderdale for a single-night performance this May.
The set will last 90 minutes and mark a rare Florida appearance for the comedian. Sammy is recognized for his appearances on Netflix, TBS’s Conan, and NBC’s Last Comic Standing.
A Lebanese-Palestinian American raised in Oakland, California, Obeid is known for blending mathematical precision with observational humor. A graduate of UC Berkeley with dual degrees in Mathematics and business, he refused a tech career to pursue comedy full-time. He has since made national headlines for completing 1,001 consecutive nights of stand-up—a feat spotlighted in The New York Times and TIME magazine. His current projects include hosting the Netflix series 100 Humans.
