Ladies, Let’s Go Fishing (LLGF) will offer a fishing lesson to women at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1966 in Fort Lauderdale.
Women who want to improve their fishing skills can attend a course offered by LLGF, where attendees can learn how to deep sea fish from experienced fishers. Those at the event will receive one-on-one seminars that cover the fundamentals of deep-sea fishing. The experience will last for three days and includes a meet-and-greet, a day of dedicated classes, and an optional South Florida Offshore and Bottom Fishing excursion.
LLGF is a seminar series that was created by Betty Bauman and held in conjunction with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. The classes are also supported by the Sportfish Restoration Program of U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services. The first LLGF session was held in 1997. Bauman was Woman of the Year in Sportfishing and was featured as one of the Top 21 Most Influential Marine Industry Leaders in the 21st Century.
The fishing class will be held from June 21st to June 23rd. VIP tickets to the seminar series will cost guests $140, which includes a fish jewelry necklace, two raffle tickets, a deluxe goodie bag, and the option to receive the contact information of the other VIP participants. Lunch for the Saturday session can be bought for $15. Those who hold educational events like this may use poster printing to promote their courses.
