The 8th staging of Flockfest comes to Fort Lauderdale Beach next month.
Steven Crawford started Flockfest in 2014 as a small beach party among friends, initially coming together to have fun with bird-themed inflatables. In 2017, the event developed into a way to raise money for charitable organizations in and around Ft. Lauderdale. The foundation has also partnered with other non-profit organizations and businesses to support the LGBTQ+ community and other charities.
Flockfest is a free event, but there is a VIP area that starts at $175 for an individual ticket and goes up to $1,100 for a 10-person cabana. The VIP Packages include complimentary food and drinks, a gift bag, a personal Flockfest float, and entry to the VIP Appreciation Party at Hunter’s Nightclub. Those interested in attending are encouraged to be creative and decorate their float. There will also be Flockfest hats and tank tops on sale. Proceeds from this year’s event will go towards the Renand Fund in Ft. Lauderdale.
Poster printing is a great way for event organizers to provide information about fundraisers or events like these.
Flockfest starts at 11:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm on Saturday, July 9. It will be at 700 Seabreeze Boulevard in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Email admin@flockfestevents.org or visit the website for more information, or to register for the event.
