Each month, Housewives in the City hosts a mixer for ladies from Fort Lauderdale. In May, it will be holding a special celebration that will both mark its one-year anniversary and raise funds for cause.
The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort’s “Lona” will be the location for the networking group’s’ one-year anniversary party, and it will also act as a fundraiser for the American Lung Association. Dubbed the “ Turquoise Takeover”, the event will be free, and offer those who participate a chance to mingle and learn more about their local business community.
The ladies at the mixer will be treated to cocktails while they browse and shop through the vendor tables and other displays. Many local companies will be offering giveaways, and there will be lots of photo ops and other interactive experiences. Vendor spaces are still available, and these can be booked by contacting the organizers ahead of the date.
To thank the women for their support, the first 50 to arrive will receive a swag bag filled with Promotional Products and other items for them to take home with them. It is free to participate, but anyone who is interested is asked to sign up ahead of time.
