While the pandemic has created many challenges for the community, The Bonnet House Museum and Gardens has found a way to offer its patrons and the general public a modified version of its traditional Holiday Magic festivities.
The Fort Lauderdale museum has made the decision to shelve its usual holiday activities, but it will still be celebrating the holiday season. The whole family can enjoy the experience, and they will even be able to purchase some holiday decor to display in their own home.
When the guests arrive, they will be invited to take a self-guided tour, and there will be decorated trees, centerpieces, wreaths, and other trimmings. All ages are welcome, and to aid the planners in organizing the activity, those who are interested will need to purchase their tickets ahead of time. Masks are mandatory for anyone who is over two years of age, and social distancing will be enforced.
COVID-19 has made it even more important for businesses and not-for-profits to make the most of their budget dollars. Print shops will be able to help, offering a variety of economical ways of marketing activities.
The date for the Holiday Evening Tours at Bonnet House Museum and Gardens will be December 16, 17, and 18. More information about these evening activities can be found on the museum’s website.
