For the past 25 years, the Fort Lauderdale Christmas Pageant has been an important part of the holiday season. Fort Lauderdale printing companies are often very busy producing the flyer printing and poster printing needed for the flurry of holiday events. In commemoration of this impressive milestone, the First Baptist Church of Fort Lauderdale has pulled out all the stops.
According to the advertisements:
“From the street corner to the city square, the sights and sounds of Christmas surround us during this wonderful season. More than 25 years ago, the Fort Lauderdale Christmas Pageant premiered for the very first time at a nearby civic auditorium. On our 10th Anniversary, we celebrated the opening of our current Sanctuary, custom-designed for presentation of the Christmas story. For our 20th Anniversary, we introduced a new grand Austrian Curtain and new settings for both acts of our program designed especially for this production by George and Goldberg.”
Although most people are already used to the Christmas Pageant being nothing less than spectacular, the addition of the curtain and the sets designed by the distinguished George and Goldberg takes this event to a whole new level. The Thursday, Friday, and Saturday start in the evening at 7:30 p.m. while Saturday and Sunday have performances beginning at 2:00 p.m. Ticket prices are currently going on sale for $13 to $50. Be sure to inquire about available seating arrangements.
