Delray Beach wellness center to celebrate fall equinox

Aloha Living Arts will hold an event at Casa Mannabliss in Delray Beach where people can reconnect with themselves.

The Fall Equinox Experience is a program that invites guests to participate in several exercises that will help them center themselves and set their intentions for the future. The event will be led by Jesicca Aloha and Christina Maltman. Some of the activities held at the program will include an intention-setting session, sound healing, and a somatic movement session. Guests are asked to wear breathable clothing to the experience and not to eat heavy foods before the event.

Casa Mannabliss is a wellness center that hosts many kinds of workshops throughout the year that focus on growth and well-being. The classes at the center can help people lower their stress and develop deeper connections to themselves. Guests can sign up for experiences like group rhythm drumming, gong sound baths, and restorative yoga sessions. People may pay $69 to access four classes per month or $139 per month for unlimited access to the venue’s programs.

The event will be on Saturday, September 26th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Tickets to the program are $60.54 per person. Participants must bring their own yoga mats, blankets, and pillows to the event. Guests should also bring water and a journal. Wellness centers that host similar seasonal events to this may use poster printing to advertise their experiences to more consumers.
