The Morikami Museum in Delray Beach will organize an event in March where people can try Asian dishes.
Taste of Asia: A Culinary and Cultural Experience is a program that lets guests enjoy several types of Asian cuisine while in a Japanese garden setting. Many restaurants from South Florida will participate in the tasting event with themed booths. This year, the fest will feature businesses like the Ramen Lab Eatery, Kasumi, and Hawkers.
Those interested in trying alcohol at the festival can get drinks from Winebow Spirits and Niigata Sake Selections. The fest will also have several Forms of entertainment, including a drum show by Fushu Daiko and a live art demonstration by Kimata Yasunori. Music will also be provided by 8 Bit Wave.
The event will also have an online auction to raise funds for the Morikami Museum. The money from the bids will be used to support Morikami’s Education, Exhibitions, Emotional well-being programs, and Expansion. Many kinds of items can be bid on at the auction, such as jewelry, hotel stays, art pieces, and alcohol.
The tasting event is on Saturday, March 7th and will begin at 6:30 pm. Tickets are $300 per person, and only those 21 and up may attend. Museums in charge of similar events can use flyer printing to design and produce custom ads for their programs.
