An event at Good Night John Boy in Delray Beach will raise money to help children impacted by cancer.
Disco Inferno: A Night to Give is a fundraising event where guests can enjoy a night of dancing at Good Night John Boy, a 70s-themed club with a bar and multicolored dance floor. Those who attend the event will get two drinks, refreshments, and an entry into the fundraiser’s raffle. Good Night John Boy serves many kinds of alcoholic beverages, including the Funky Monkey, Mellow Mellon, and Mood Ring. People can also purchase take-home disco ball cups from the venue.
The organization benefiting from the disco-themed fundraiser is Julia’s Star Foundation. The group was created by Alexandra Passos in 2016 as a way to raise awareness for pediatric brain cancer. The foundation also provides monetary and emotional support to families impacted by cancer and donates money towards finding a cure for the condition. Julia’s Star Foundation works with organizations such as The Mayo Clinic and The Publix Charities Foundation.
The disco fundraiser will be held on Wednesday, October 8th from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Tickets to the experience will cost guests $49.87. All attendees are encouraged to wear disco-themed attire to the venue. Foundations that hold fundraising events like this may use flyer printing services to increase awareness for their missions and activities.
