Delray Beach to promote positive mental health with fair

The Delray Beach Community Center will organize an event in January that promotes local resources for mental health.

Delray Beach Mental Health and Information Fair is a single-day program where people can get connected with local resources that support their mental wellness. The community fair is organized by the City of Delray Beach and will be held in collaboration with Achievement Centers for Children & Families. The fair will have information booths for therapists and support groups at the event. There will also be information about youth mental health services.

The Achievement Centers for Children & Family is a nonprofit organization that seeks to provide families with affordable childcare services. The programs offered at the centers are designed to fulfill the academic, physical, and emotional needs of children. The chief executive officer for the nonprofit is Stephanie Seibel, and Guerdy Israel is the director of family support. The organization offers programs such as the Out-of-School Program and the Early Learning Program.

The mental health and information fair will be held on January 6th. The event will last from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The community resource fair is free for people to attend, and registration isn’t required. The resources promoted at the event will be free. Community organizations that host these informative fairs may use poster printing services to give people more information about their events.
