The Milagro Center will be organizing a fundraising event at the Delray Beach Playhouse in September.
The Milagro Center’s Harvest Hoedown is an annual BBQ dinner and concert where people can enjoy a live performance by Jay Valor and his Band. The funds earned at the hoedown will go toward the Milagro Center, which is an organization that helps underserved children find social and academic success. The nonprofit offers mentoring services and introduces youths to the cultural arts. The center was founded in 1997 and currently serves over 150 students each year.
Business owners can help local at-risk children by sponsoring the hoedown. Companies may pay between $500 and $5,000 for sponsorship packages that contain benefits such as logo recognition in the Atlantic Avenue Magazine, table recognition, and an opportunity to speak at the event. Organizations that pay $2,500 or more for a sponsorship can pass out distributable materials to attendees during the hoedown. All packages include complimentary admission to the event.
The Harvest Hoedown will be held on Thursday, September 28 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Tickets to the fundraising program cost $50 per person. Alcohol will be available to buy at the venue, and guests can bring money to take part in a silent auction. Organizations that hold activities like this may use Print shops to make ads to place throughout their communities.
