A car show and auction will be held at the Old School Square in Delray Beach to benefit the Sandoway Discovery Center.
Muscle On The Beach 2024 is a fundraiser where people can see over 100 vehicles from the ’50s, ’60s, and ’70s. Several awards will be given out at the show, such as Best Original Unrestored, Best Other Muscle, and Best Drive. The cars are judged by a professional team. The celebrity host of the fundraiser is Mike Brewer, the star of Wheeler Dealers on Motor Trend. There will also be 20 on-site vendors for attendees to browse.
The Sandoway Discovery Center is a coastal ecosystem and marine life center that teaches people about the environment. The facility has an observation deck, a butterfly garden, and a stingray tank. The building was constructed in 1936 as a retirement home and was later repurposed into a science center in 1995. People can support the museum by paying to adopt one of the facility’s animals.
The car show will take place on Saturday, March 2 from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Those who want their cars to be part of the event can pay $125 to become a vehicle exhibitor. People can participate in the fundraiser’s auction by visiting the Sandoway Discovery Center’s website and bidding on the items. Educational facilities also hosting fundraising events can use banner printing to help promote their auctions or raffles.
