Carnivores club to hold fundraiser in Delray Beach

The Red Meat Lover's Club (RMLC) will be holding a fundraising dinner in July at Hagerty Garage + Social in Delray Beach.

Those interested in supporting local high school students can attend a buffet dinner organized by the RMLC. The event will feature dishes from local restaurants in Palm Beach. Other highlights of the meal include a carved brisket station and a slider station. The money earned at the dinner will help football players from Atlantic High School. Guests can enjoy music from DJ Alex and participate in raffles and silent auctions during the dinner.

The RMLC is a business dining club that was formed at Tulane University by Evan Darnell in 1994. The organization was reformed in 2017 after Darnell moved to Florida. Several events have been held by the club, such as the Boxing & Rib Throwdown and the Fairways & Filets auction. Those interested in becoming part of the RMLC can sign up to join the group's Facebook page. Clubs like this may promote themselves to local consumers by using poster printing.

The buffet fundraiser will be held on Thursday, July 27 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. General admission will cost $129 per person, and VIP tickets are $200. Companies that wish to be a Headlining Sponsor or a Presenting Sponsor can pay $4,500. Both sponsorship packages come with VIP tickets and a reserved section at the dinner.
