Waterbury welcomes seafood restaurant

The Boilery Seafood and Grill opened in Waterbury this month, specializing in Cajun-boiled and fried seafood dishes.

The restaurant, which has casual dining and a full bar, is located in the Waterbury Brass Mall where Betrucci’s once was. The bars serve soft drinks, beer, wine, and cocktails.

Fish tacos have tilapia, tomatoes and chipotle aioli and are one of the most popular appetizers. The menu has fried calamari, hush puppies, crab Rangoon, crab cakes, chicken wings, and chicken sandwiches.

The Boilery fish sandwiches are served with home fries or Cajun waffle fries. Options on the menu are lobster rolls, shrimp po boys, and soft-shell crab. Fried fish baskets come with fries and have choices of tilapia, shrimp, catfish, soft-shell crab or chicken tenders.

Two “Combo” options are available. The Seafood Combo comes with crawfish and a choice of shrimp or crab. Customers must choose two items and the entree comes with potato and corn. The Boilery Combo comes with several menu choices with choices of clam, mussels, snow crab, crawfish, lobster, sausage, or scallops. It is tossed with sauces and spices, and comes with corn and potatoes.

The Boilery Restaurant is open Monday through Sunday from 11:30 pm – 10:00 pm. It is located at 495 Union Street 2100. Print shops design Menus, Flyers, and advertising for businesses like this.
