Alive at Five returns to Mill River Park
Thanks to Stamford Downtown and Reckson, the 2023 Summer Concert series Alive at Five will be returning to Stamford Downtown’s Mill River Park in mid-July.
Live music from regional and national headliners will be performed for four weeks in the outdoor summer concert series. Guests must be 21.
Rapper, producer, and former frontman for Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz, Lil Jon, will be the opening performer on July 13. All Time Low (known for the song “Monsters”) will be on July 20; Fitz and the Tantrums, multi-platinum artists with songs such as “Handicap” and “Out of my League,” are on Jule 27, and Grammy Award winner Ashanti (best known for “Foolish”) featuring R&B’s Ginuwine will wrap up the series on August 3. Local DJs and opening bands will precede the headliners.
Food trucks will have wine, cocktails, and beer for purchase. Local businesses often buy advertising such as their logo design printed on food trucks’ paper products.
Advance tickets are $25, and tickets sold the week of each concert will be $40. Season tickets for all five concerts will be $80. Chairs and blankets may be brought into the non-VIP area.
Entrance opens at 5:00 pm. General admission gates are located at 1060 Washington Boulevard and 1190 Washington Boulevard, and VIP parking will be at the mid-block crosswalk on Washington Boulevard between Main and Broad Streets.
