Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga will hold a novel yoga experience at Skål Farm in Golden.
Goat yoga is a therapeutic activity where people can enjoy an outdoor yoga session while accompanied by a group of curious Nigerian dwarf goats. Participants will get to pet and hold the animals during the program and can take photos with the goats throughout the activity. Guests are asked to bring water flasks, hair ties, and sunscreen to the event. The organizers also recommend that attendees wear shirts with closed backs and comfortable athletic wear.
