Creative session brings mindfulness to Golden

Sangha Juice will host an in-person mandala workshop designed to blend visual art with focused reflection.

The program centers on mandala creation, a practice rooted in symmetry and repetition that has long been associated with meditation and personal expression.

The session will be led by artist Mariana, who will provide structured instruction throughout the workshop. Attendees will be introduced to techniques for building layered designs, selecting color combinations, and developing balanced compositions. The format is accessible to newcomers while still offering value to those with prior artistic experience. Organizers emphasize that the workshop prioritizes process over perfection, encouraging participants to slow down and engage fully with the act of making art.

All supplies are included with registration, and participants will be allowed to keep the provided tools for continued practice beyond the event. Each guest will leave with a completed mandala, Space is limited, and advance registration is required to ensure an intimate learning environment.

Promotion for creative workshops like this may involve the use of flyer printing.

General admission is priced at $85 per person, with ticket sales closing on February 22nd. Refunds are available up to five days prior to the event. Tickets can be bought through the Eventbrite listing.

The Mandala Workshop will take place on Sunday, February 22nd, from 3:30 pm to 6 pm at Sangha Juice, 601 16th Street, Unit D, Golden, Colorado.
