Golden Women in Business (GWiB) will be holding a table talk in August at Connects Workspace in Red Rocks.
GWiB’s Table Talks is a series where women can interact with other female business owners and learn from their fellow professionals. The program offers attendees an intimate place to hear business-related stories. The guests for August’s meeting will include Cody Fowler and Ally Macredie. Fowler is the owner of Martensen IP, and Macredie runs the Ally M Studio. The facilitator of the event will be Chriseda Crow, an Aflac Benefits Counselor. Snacks are provided at the meeting.
GWiB is an organization that builds relationships between local businesswomen and the community. The group also aims to inspire women and create opportunities to help them become successful business owners. Many events are held by the women’s organization, such as mixers, book clubs, and business development training sessions. People can attend two of GWiB’s activities for free before needing to become a paid member of the group.
The table talk will take place on Wednesday, August 23 from 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm. People can pay a $10 drop-in fee to attend the event. Women interested in becoming a speaker at a future table talk can fill out an online application. Business organizations that offer events such as this may use flyer printing to share their special meetings with locals.
