Ground was recently broken on a new Brewery Walk at the intersection of Interstate 25 and Plum Creek Parkway.
The goal of this project is to make this beer campus into a resort combining the best modern engineering and architectural design with the latest technology and resort accommodations.
Project Director of the Brewery Walk Project, Michael Moorh, said that people in the town enjoy breweries, so the decision was made to create this project around the breweries that already exist in town and make it a unique experience for beer lovers.
The Brewery Walk is expected to cost $100m and is being funded privately. It will have several dozen new breweries, 400,000 square feet of retail space, seven hotel buildings with 350 rooms each, and seven high-end restaurants. Other unique features include a swimming lagoon for adults only with swim-up bar, the ability to rent jet skis for use in the endurance lake, and a helicopter pad for those wishing to tour Castle Rock.
Brochure printing can be used for providing more details about the planned amenities at such campuses, and to highlight any attractions for the public.
Jason Nantucket, who owns a brewery in Massachusetts, was the creator of the project, and it is expected to be completed in less than a year, with March 2020 the planned date.
