Downtown Castle Rock will be holding a 2026 Summer Kickoff Concert next weekend.
To get summer rolling, folks here in Castle Rock are invited to grab their families, lawn chairs, and blankets and head to Festival Park. Guests will be treated to food trucks offering ice cream, gelato, Kona Ice, barbecue, wings, Mexican cuisine, and eggrolls, while eight local beverage vendors including Best Day Brewing, Alidade Brewing, Moll Brown Spirits, and Bear'L Cellars will be present. Musical entertainment will be provided by The Tiny Pockets from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Millennial Romance from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
More than 25 non-food vendors will be on hand. Some will be fitness-oriented such as Studio Pilates Castle Pines, Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studio, Han Lee's Taekwondo Academy, and Pilates Addiction. Others will be associated with the community such as the Douglas County Libraries, Town of Castle Rock Historic Preservation Board, and the Heroes Hall Foundation.
Other rather eclectic vendors will include A Little Offbeat Publishing, I Love Colorado Beer, Golden Fly Shop, Revived Ritual Henna Body Art, and Girl Scouts of Colorado.
Organizations and groups that man booths in festivals like this often have banner printing arranged beforehand to hang colorful Banners over their booths in order to attract festivalgoers.
The 2026 Summer Kickoff Concert will take place from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Festival Park on Saturday, May 16.
