The Canvas Credit Union is planning to open two new branches in Castle Rock in the fall of this year.
This non-profit credit union was looking for a town with charm and locating in the family-friendly town with a booming economy seemed to be an ideal match for the credit union.
The two branches will be the Canvas Meadows Branch and the Canvas Ridge Branch. Such openings often require the hiring of Stationery printers for the printing of stationery and other business-related items.
Todd Hill, a consultant with the credit union, who has lived in Castle Rock for many years and will be working at the Canvas Ridge Branch, said that these days people feel they need to reduce their travel times both to work and for daily activities. By working in the same town where he lives, Hill said that he will gain an hour a day which he use for riding his bike to work or walking or heading over the Miller Activity Complex which offers amenities for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages.
Chief Operating Officer at Canvas Credit Union, Chris Chippindale, added that the new branches of Castle Rock Canvas will have a style that is friendly and approachable, embracing the same welcoming and warm values of the community. The branch teams are looking forward to providing the practical and realistic financial help its members need.
