Car show to mark Brighton anniversary

Brighton’s B&E Auto Body will be commemorating half a century in business this September with a special 50th anniversary car show.

The event will invite local gearheads and classic car collectors to showcase their vintage, modified, or other cars, with an emphasis on “hot rods” and muscle cars to be shined up and shown to other enthusiasts. Participants will be selected through an online application process. There will also be food available and music provided by local artists. B&E Autobody will be providing giveaways to spectators throughout the show.

The event will be free to attend and hosted rain or shine, with the goal of welcoming as many people as possible. The company was first founded in 1975 and has since become a staple of Brighton, now extending across a three-acre facility. Car events like this are often advertised with flashy flyer printing and social media graphics.

The business boasts of being the only family-owned repair facility in Brighton, with the connection to the community a focus of its marketing, with the company website saying:

“We always strive to create relationships with our customers and help make the repair process as simplified as possible, all while treating every vehicle as if it is our own with care and precision.”

Brighton B&E Auto Body’s 50th Anniversary Car Show will take place on Saturday, September 27 on the shop’s lot on Brighton Road.
