Managers and employees who work on the front lines of customer service can have a big impact on a company’s bottom line, and during an upcoming Vallejo workshop, participants will learn how to make sure it is a positive one.
Customer service expert Holly Stiel will be facilitating the “The Spirit in Service” seminar where she will be providing instruction and insight into her method of hospitality training. According to the organizers, she developed this strategy after working for 17 years in the field as a concierge in the luxury hospitality market. Her goal is to help companies find new ways of encouraging their employees to provide top quality service, as well as giving them increased levels of satisfaction with their job which can result in high levels of customer loyalty. Handouts and other informational materials for a training session such as this can be supplied by a company that provides digital Copying Services.
The session will be offered fee of charge to members and partners of Visit Vallejo, while for non-members, the admission price has been set at $15.00 each. It has been planned for March 14th at 1499 N. Camino Alto, and it will run from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. Additional details and an opportunity to register to participate can be found by visiting the Visit Vallejo website. Those who are interested can also call (707) 642-3653 for more information.
