Vallejo to present special Halloween festivities

The Halloween Fright Fest will be coming to the Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo next month.

This is the signature Halloween celebration of Six Flags and will feature new spooktacular Halloween-themed shows, miles of haunted mazes, performances by live bands, monster rides, and more.

In a press release, Bonnie Weber, senior vice president of operations, said that guests claim this event is always a must-do, adding that the entertainment teams for this year have created a thrilling and immersive experience. Such spooktacular events are often advertised throughout a region with banner printing.

There will be “Thrills by Day” and “Fright by Night.” During the day, there will be storytelling, trick-or-treat trails, pictures with the Looney Tunes characters in Halloween overdress, and interactive dance parties for those 12 years of age and younger. At night, fog fills the park with mazes of sinister sounds and sights. Movie-like haunted attractions will be created with the help of innovative special effects and scarier-than-life theming. Six Flags has also partnered with Fanta and Coca-Cola to present innovative augmented reality experiences.

Snickers will once again be the presenting sponsor of Fright Fest. There will be special Fright Fest beverage and food offerings including Funnel Scream Cake and the new Frightening Fanta Fizz drink, available in a souvenir cup for a limited time only.

Halloween Fright Fest will run on select dates from September 25 through October 31.
