This June, Vallejo, California will be holding its annual Solano County Fair at the Solano County Fairgrounds.
The Solano County Fairgrounds has been hosting annual fairs for 70 years, providing a venue where the community can have fun while competing in several events. This year, guests have a chance to enter fine arts exhibits, floriculture competitions, and livestock evaluations. There will also be a talent, vocal, and dance competition held at the county fair on June 29, where the first place winner will receive $300.
There will be carnival attractions and live performances throughout the duration of the fair. Attendees can also visit the cultural pavilion at the festival to see educational booths that teach people about the heritage of other cultures. Anyone interested in running a booth at the cultural pavilion can apply by June 1. Organizations can use brochure printing to create handouts to give people during the fair, but all handouts must be pre-approved by the general manager of the Solano County Fair Association.
The Solano County Fair will be held from June 27 to June 30. Any performers who are interested in participating at the cultural pavilion stage can apply online if their act is appropriate for the fair. All performances for the public will be unpaid. Those who wish to compete during the county fair can also submit their Forms online.
